1️⃣ Project Start Requirement
Work begins only after the client shares complete event content (names, dates, timings, venue, theme, photos if applicable).
2️⃣ Milestone-Based Payment Policy
Under launch campaign rules:
50% payment is due at the First Draft Ready milestone.
Remaining 50% is due at the Main Version Ready milestone.
Final delivery is provided only after full payment is cleared.
3️⃣ Revision Policy
Standard Package includes limited minor revisions (text corrections, layout tweaks).Any major changes to theme, storyline, concept, colours, animation or structure will be chargeable separately.
4️⃣ Delivery Timeline Activation
The delivery timeline starts only after:
Content submission
First milestone payment
Delays in approvals or content automatically extend the timeline.
5️⃣ Scope of Package
The Standard package includes only what is listed in the package features. Any additional scenes, animations, extra functions, voiceovers, VFX upgrades or extended formats are chargeable add-ons.
6️⃣ Accuracy of Client Information
Clients must ensure all spellings, dates, times and event information are correct. WOW Invites is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client-provided details.
7️⃣ Media & Copyright Responsibility
Clients must share only photos, logos or media they own. WOW Invites is not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-provided assets.
8️⃣ Platform & Technical Limitations
Compression on WhatsApp, Instagram or other platforms may reduce quality. Colour variations across devices and screens are normal and not considered defects.
9️⃣ Audio & Music Usage
Royalty-safe or suitable background music is used according to package scope. If clients request specific copyrighted songs, they assume full responsibility for any platform restrictions or copyright claims.
🔟 Concept Changes After Approval
Once the initial concept or draft is approved, any major changes (theme, visual style, scenes, storyline) will be treated as new scope and charged accordingly.
1️⃣1️⃣ Final Approval & Closure
Once the final version is approved, the project is considered complete. Any post-delivery changes will be billable as new modification requests.
1️⃣2️⃣ Non-Refundable Digital Service Clause
As this is a custom digital creative service, payments made after work begins are non-refundable.
1️⃣3️⃣ LED / Event Screen Output
Clients must inform us in advance if they require LED-screen-ready versions or additional aspect ratios; otherwise, standard delivery formats (16:9 & 9:16) will be used.
1️⃣4️⃣ Portfolio Usage
WOW Invites may showcase the final invite in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before final delivery.
1️⃣5️⃣ Project Pausing & Inactivity Policy
Projects left inactive due to client delay for more than 15 days (India) or 30 days (UK) may attract reactivation fees or require re-scheduling of delivery.
1️⃣6️⃣ Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the quotation and making the milestone payment, the client agrees to all terms listed on this page.
