1️⃣ Project Start Requirement
Creative work begins only after complete event content is received — including names, dates, functions, theme references, text details, photos (if applicable), and Premium package confirmation.
2️⃣ Milestone-Based Payment Policy (Premium)
Premium projects follow the WOW Invites milestone system:
50% payment at First Draft Ready
50% payment at Main Version Ready
Final 4K/HD delivery is made after full payment clearance.
3️⃣ Premium Scope of Work
The Premium package includes enhanced visuals, 2–3 cinematic scenes, hybrid 2D/3D styling, and refined transitions as described in the package. Additional scenes, character restyling, VFX, or custom creative work are chargeable upgrades.
4️⃣ Structured Revision Policy (Premium Level)
Premium includes multiple structured revision rounds, covering text adjustments, colour modifications, sizing, and minor scene tweaks. Major creative shifts — storyline changes, theme changes, scene rewrites, character re-designs — are outside scope and billable.
5️⃣ Storyboard & Concept Approval
Once the client approves the concept/storyboard or first assembled draft, any changes that alter the structure or flow will be treated as new scope and charged accordingly.
6️⃣ Delivery Timeline Activation
Premium timelines begin only after receiving :
Full event content
First milestone payment
Delays in approvals or missing content automatically extend the timeline.
7️⃣ Extra Cost Items (Premium Upgrades)
The following require additional charges:
Extra scenes beyond package limits
Thematic redesigns after approval
Advanced cinematic VFX
Character or outfit redesign
LED wall-specific exports
Multiple song versions / custom sound design
Urgent delivery requests
Additional formats not listed in package
8️⃣ Client Information Accuracy
Clients must ensure all details (names, dates, timings, theme references) are correct. WOW Invites is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted.
9️⃣ Media & Copyright Responsibility
Clients must provide copyright-cleared photos, logos, or media. WOW Invites is not liable for social media copyright claims related to client-chosen music or provided assets.
🔟 Music & Sound Usage
Background music is selected based on Premium package scope. If clients request copyrighted music, they assume responsibility for any platform restrictions or copyright blocks.
1️⃣1️⃣ Technical & Platform Limitations
Variations in colour across devices and compression by WhatsApp/Instagram are normal and not considered defects. Clients must request LED-ready or large-screen versions in advance.
1️⃣2️⃣ Final Approval & Project Closure
Upon approving the Main Version or final output, the project is considered complete. Any post-delivery edits are billable under additional modification fees.
1️⃣3️⃣ Payment Finality & Refund Policy
Due to the high customisation and digital nature of Premium creation workflows, payments are non-refundable once creative work has started.
1️⃣4️⃣ Inactivity & Project Hold Policy
If the project remains inactive due to client delay for more than 15 days (India) or 30 days (UK), restart fees or timeline reallocation may apply.
1️⃣5️⃣ Portfolio Usage Consent
WOW Invites may showcase the Premium invite in its portfolio unless confidentiality is formally requested in writing before final delivery.
1️⃣6️⃣ Acceptance of Premium Terms
By confirming the Premium package quotation and making the milestone payment, the client agrees to all terms listed on this Premium T&C page.
