Luxury production begins only after receiving all required event details, high-quality media, creative direction, and confirmation of the Luxury package.
2️⃣ Milestone-Based Payment Policy (Luxury)
Luxury projects follow elite milestone billing:
50% at Luxury First Draft Reveal (assembled storyline / key scenes)
50% at Cinematic Main Version Approval
Final HD, 4K(optional) exports are delivered only after complete payment.
3️⃣ Luxury Scope of Work
The Luxury package includes multi-scene cinematic storytelling, couture-level styling, advanced transitions, and 4K rendering. Any new storyline, worldbuilding, or additional environments beyond scope are chargeable upgrades.
4️⃣ High-End Revision Structure (Luxury Tier)
Luxury includes 3–4 rounds of structured refinement revisions (colour, pacing, text, minor scene adjustments). Major concept redesigns, theme shifts, or scene rewrites after approval are billable.
5️⃣ Storyboard & Cinematic Direction Approval
Once the cinematic direction / storyboard / Luxury First Draft is approved, any structural or narrative changes will require additional charges.
6️⃣ Delivery Timeline Activation (Luxury Flow)
Luxury timelines activate only after :
Complete content received
Reference materials approved
Initial milestone payment made
Delays in approvals or missing assets directly extend delivery timelines.
7️⃣ High-Complexity Add-Ons & Chargeable Upgrades
The following require additional fees:
Extra scenes beyond Luxury package
Couture-level character re-design
Musical composition variations
Scene-based narration / multi-voice voiceovers
Special cinematic VFX layers
LED-stage exports, theatrical widescreen, or event-specific formatting
8️⃣ Luxury-Level Media & Quality Requirements
Client photos must be high resolution; low-quality materials may affect results. Any reconstruction or enhancement work is treated as premium editing and billed separately.
9️⃣ Copyright, Music & Voiceover Responsibility
WOW Invites provides royalty-safe audio unless clients request copyrighted music. If copyrighted music is chosen, the client assumes responsibility for any platform restrictions or copyright issues.
🔟 Platform & Device Variations Disclaimer
Colour, brightness, and contrast may vary across mobile devices, LED walls, or social media platforms; this is normal and not a quality defect.
1️⃣1️⃣ Luxury-Level Final Approval & Closure
After approving the Cinematic Main Version, the project is considered complete. Post-delivery changes fall outside scope and will require additional billing.
1️⃣2️⃣ Payment Finality & No-Refund Clause (Luxury Tier)
Due to the depth of custom cinematic work, all payments made after luxury production begins are non-refundable.
1️⃣3️⃣ Inactivity & Project Hold Policy
For luxury workflows, if a client is inactive for more than 10 days (India) or 20 days (UK), schedules may be rearranged or reactivation fees may apply due to the high-resource nature of production.
1️⃣4️⃣ Portfolio Usage & Confidentiality Options
WOW Invites may feature Luxury work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality before final delivery. Confidential projects require an additional fee due to restricted creative rights.
1️⃣5️⃣ Technical Outputs & File Delivery
Luxury packages include 4K master files, social formats, and cinematic widescreen output. Any additional custom aspect ratios, subtitles, or multiple export versions are chargeable.
1️⃣6️⃣ Acceptance of Luxury Terms
By confirming the luxury quotation and making the first milestone payment, the client acknowledges full acceptance of the WOW Invites Luxury Terms & Conditions.
